Boekingsvoorwaarden Buffelsdam Country House

Onze boekingsvoorwaarden vindt u hieronder in het Engels. Als een onderdeel toelichting behoeft, neem dan gerust contact met ons op.

Rates:

  • are in ZAR, include VAT and include Tourism levies
  • are subject to changes without prior notice
     

Confirmation and payment:

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of the full amount at the time of booking
  • The balance is due 15 days before arrival.
  • Proof of payment of the deposit and balance must be sent via e-mail to: info@buffelsdam.co.za
  • Receipt of the deposit payment assumes unconditional agreement of our terms and conditions
     

Cancellation:
A booking constitutes a binding contract. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of their accommodation in the event the cancellation falls within the non-refundable cancellation period.

  • Cancelling 30 days before arrival forfeit 50% of full amount
  • Cancelling 14 days before arrival forfeit 100% of full amount
  • Cancellations must be received in writing/e-mail

Free of charge cancellation from 30 days to 48 hours prior to arrival should one of the following conditions apply:

  • The government in the guests’ country restricts travel
  • The government in South Africa restricts incoming travel
  • International flights are cancelled and no alternative routings available for guests to travel in and out of South Africa
     

General:

  • Check in: 14.00-18.00 hrs
  • Check out: 08.00-11.00 hrs
  • The right of admission is reserved
  • Minimum length of stay: 2 nights
  • Single occupancy: 70% of the standard room rate (single occupancy from 16 December to 15 January: full room rate)
  • Extra beds: on request (cot available)
  • No persons other than those quoted for or have booked, are permitted to share the accommodation
  • No functions, parties or events allowed unless otherwise agreed
  • Smoking: the rooms, the patios and the pool area are smoke-free
  • Pets: there are friendly dogs at Buffelsdam. Unfortunately we can’t accept the responsibility of guests bringing their own pets
